Report – Funnel Analysis
This section will look at the courses taken by the user from inflow to conversion, and analyze at which steps they withdraw from the website. Further, there will be a suggestion on where to improve in order to increase the number of conversions.
This section will look at the courses taken by the users from their entry to conversion, and show the courses with high withdrawal rate and low withdrawal rate.
Further, there will be an analysis and calculation on how much the number of conversions will increase when the course with the highest withdrawal rate is improved.
2. Course from start viewing to goal achieved
The name of the course to conversion that you entered when you registered the analytics will be shown.
If there was an error in the entry, this will be left as blank. In this case, please re-enter the information by following the steps in edit analytics .
3. Number of completes (number of page views)
This section will show the number of page views at each step of the Funnel Analysis. However, for the Goal, it will show the number of completes obtained from Google Analytics.
4. Number of transitions from the previous step
This section will show how many of the number of page views at each step is an inflow from the previous step.
5. Number of transitions from other pages
This section will show how many of the number of page views at each step is an inflow from pages other than the previous step.
6. Transition rate and withdrawal rate of each step
A figure will show how many users transitioned to the next step versus how many withdrew from the course at each step. If the transition rate is high (withdrawal rate is low), then the step is in a good condition, but if the transition rate is low (withdrawal rate is high), then it means the needs some improvements.
Also, if the transition rate is shown at “0%”, this may mean that there is an error in the path that was entered when you registered the analytics . Please re-enter the information by following the steps in edit analytics
